Goldie Co. offers this website, goldieco.shop, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available on our website.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Product prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change products, collections, promotions, discounts, features, or other portions of the Service at any time.

We are not liable for modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, HANDMADE VARIATIONS & LIMITED QUANTITIES

Goldie products are produced in small batches and limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and products, prints, colors, or styles may be discontinued or sell out at any time.

Goldie bags are made using 100% cotton fabrics and traditional hand block-printing techniques. Because our fabrics are printed and our products are made using processes that involve work by hand, natural variations are part of what makes each Goldie unique.

Variations may include differences in print placement, color, dye saturation, pattern alignment, stitching, quilting, texture, measurements, and other small details. These characteristics are expected with handmade and hand-printed products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, or the natural variation of the fabric.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities purchased by any person, household, account, or order.

All products are subject to our Return Policy.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order.

This may include orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address, as well as orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized resale, or other misuse of our Service.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided when the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, billing, and account information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping information for accuracy before completing your purchase.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Goldie Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 shipping rate.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, although processing times may be longer during collection launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive available tracking information.

Goldie Co. offers Redo package protection at checkout. Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the package protection service.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Goldie Co. is not responsible for orders delivered or attempted to be delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except as otherwise required by law.

Goldie Co. does not currently offer international shipping.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE

Goldie Co. accepts eligible returns and exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products when initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with applicable tags and packaging intact.

Goldie Co. uses Redo to facilitate eligible returns and exchanges. Customers who purchase applicable Redo return coverage at checkout may receive covered return shipping according to the terms of that service.

Customers who opt out of Redo may still request an eligible return or exchange but are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because Goldie products are released in limited quantities and small batches, we cannot guarantee that the same product, print, or style will remain available for an exchange.

All sale and discounted merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Gift cards are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must submit a request through our return portal within 5 days of delivery.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TOOLS

We may provide access to or integrate with services provided by third parties, including Shopify, Redo, payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing platforms, analytics providers, and other technology providers.

We do not control all aspects of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the applicable provider’s terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldie Co. is not responsible for losses or damages resulting solely from your use of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for evaluating or guaranteeing the accuracy, content, security, products, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website, constitute the agreement between you and Goldie Co. regarding your use of the Service.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which Goldie Co. provides Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings that are not otherwise subject to a valid dispute-resolution agreement shall be brought in an appropriate court located in Washington County, Utah.

SECTION 23 – EMAIL & SMS MARKETING

Goldie Co. may offer customers the opportunity to receive promotional emails and SMS/MMS text messages, including through services provided by Redo or other marketing service providers.

By affirmatively opting in to email or SMS marketing, you agree to receive marketing communications from Goldie Co. at the email address or mobile number you provide.

For SMS marketing, consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Marketing communications may include information about new Goldie drops, product releases, promotions, discounts, restocks, events, abandoned or incomplete checkouts where permitted by law, and other Goldie Co. updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text message. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.

Delivery of text messages is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS AGE REQUIREMENTS

You may not participate in our SMS marketing program if you are under 13 years of age.

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

By participating, you represent that you satisfy these requirements and are legally permitted to receive such communications in your jurisdiction.

Goldie Co. products may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale without our permission.
